v1.0.0 is the installed GearMin V3 version.
xxxxxx is the UID (Unique ID).

Unlock Code is needed to remove or avoid the trial screen.

The screen frame corresponds to all the lines in the screen except the Graph lines. See below image for color options.

Color Options

OFF: Never display
ON: Display when in High Power Mode
Idle: Display when the user is not wearing the watch
Smart: Display when Idle or DND (Do Not Disturb)

OFF: Never display
ON: Display when in High Power Mode
Always: Always display

When in 12 hour format, Time will be appended with A or P.

Note: 12/24 hour format can be configured in your watch system settings.

Time data will be prepended with zero.
Ex. (1:30 -> 01:30)

Time data will have a colon ":" separator.
Ex. (1230 -> 12:30)

Main Time hour color.

Main Time minutes color.

Main Time seconds, period and colon colors.

GearMin V3 is using customized fonts.
In able for the characters in the datafields to be displayed correctly, user should pick the correct Alphabet Code in the table below.
Color Options Some devices can use the System Font without affecting the GearMin V3 design, System Font supports all languages.

Force the date to be displayed in English for unsupported languages. See Alphabet Code setting for supported languages.

Where...
MM = Month (01-12)
DD = Day (01-31)
YYYY = Year (Ex. 2022 -> 2022)
YY = Year (Ex. 2022 -> 22)
DOW = Day of the Week (Sun-Sat)
MON = Month (Jan-Dec)

Example:
DOW, MON DD -> Sat, Jan 01

The Event Name marker.

UTC Timezone offsets, offsets will be used for Time computation of Timezone Time 1 and 2 in customizable datafields.

Use these Markers to display any text in customizable datafields.

The interval in minutes when requesting data from the internet using Connect Mobile App. This may have a little impact with battery, it is recommended to turn it OFF when not needed.
Should be ON when using any of the following features:

Garmin Weather: Only for CIQ 3.2.x and above devices
OpenWeatherMap: Requires API Key to work

The GPS Location's Latitude and Longitude.
Required for some features to work properly like Weather Data.

These settings are automatically being filled up:
(For CIQ 3.2.x Devices) Data is coming from Garmin, Connect Mobile App should have the Location permission set to "Always", has the capability to auto-refresh the data.
(For Other Devices) Manual caching by opening any activity app in your watch, has no capability to auto-refresh the data.

The Location's number of characters
Ex.:
Value = 5, then "Pittsburgh" => "Pitts"

The Nightscout URL, should not have a backslash (/) at the end.
(Ex. https://name.herokuapp.com)

For xDrip, set the Nightscout URL to "xdrip".

The temperature data from watch's internal sensor is sometimes inaccurate, you can use this offset to adjust the temperature value.

Pressure and WindSpeed units are configurable in GearMin V3 settings.
Other data that requires unit conversion are configurable in the watch's system settings.

Some customizable datafields have this option to hide or show the icon.

Slightly adjust D's position:
Negative Value = move to the left
Positive Value = move to the right

L and R are the left and right progress bar arcs

The color of data percentage representing:
= Battery remaining
= Steps over goal
= Floors climbed over goal
= Active minutes week over goal
= Movebar state over 5
= Solar Charge Intensity over 100

The color of data percentage opposing the (LR) Active Color.

Activity Monitor
==> 8 vertical lines from left to right that corresponds to 8 days of data (7 days ago to current date). It could display historical data for steps, steps goal, calories burned, distance traveled and floors climbed. Each historical data has an equivalent color setting:
Enable Data = Any Color
Disable Data = Transparent

(SH Data) Sensor History Data
==> (HR) Heart Rate
==> Temperature (Sensor)
==> Pressure
==> Altitude
==> SPO2 (CIQ 3.2.X)

Nightscout or XDrip
==> A dot-style graph that mimics the actual Nightscout webpage graph.

The number of hours of SH Data to be plotted in the graph.
0 = HR Zones multicolor graph
1-6 = Uses the graph fill color setting

Only applicable for SH Data and Nightscout graph types. When enabled, the maximum and minimum values of the historical data will be used as graph threshold values that will make the plotted graph look closer.

Required for Online Settings (Cloud Settings).

Failed
==> Failed cloud request.
Successful
==> Successful cloud request.
Upload
==> Upload your current GearMin V3 settings to the cloud, could only be download by the current device.
Upload (Shared)
==> Upload your current GearMin V3 settings to the cloud but shareable to other devices.
Download
==> Download your cloud settings.
Download (Shared)
==> Download your shareable cloud settings.
Unlock Code
==> Unlock GearMin V3 thru cloud request.

This feature is only available for PAID users.


Frequently Asked Questions

How to convert units for temperature, distance and other data?
Units are configurable using your watch's system settings. Wind speed and pressure units are configurable in GearMin V3 settings.

Why is Resting Heart Rate (RHR) always zero?
RHR is configurable in your watch settings, most users would select average RHR.

What is difference between Location 1 and 2?
Location 1 is coming from OpenWeatherMap while Location 2 is from Garmin, Location 2 is more accurate than Location 1.

What are the up and down arrows in timezone and UTC icons?
The up and down arrows means if the time is ahead or behind the local time.


Trial Screen
All features are accessible for both paid and trial versions, except that the trial version will be blocked by a trial screen after a certain period.

UID (Unique ID)
UID is generated after successful installation of GearMin V3. UID is unique per device and will never change even after a reinstallation of GearMin V3 or factory reset of your watch.
You can get your UID from the trial screen or GearMin V3 settings.

Unlock Code
You will need an Unlock Code to remove the trial screen. Each Unlock Code is tied to a UID (Unique ID).


Buy an Unlock Code:
1. Type your EMAIL and UID then press the Buy Now button, you will be directed to Paypal page.
2. Complete the payment thru Paypal. The amount is 4.99 USD.
3. You will receive an automated email with your GearMin V3 UID and Unlock Code.
4. In GearMin V3 settings, input your Unlock Code.
5. The UID will have the word '(PAID)' at the end or the trial screen will be removed if the unlocking is successful.

NOTES:
1. If you have not received the automated email within 30 minutes, you can try to generate your unlock code using this link Recover-Unlock-Code.
